Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to bookings made through, or in connection with, the Pitu Losada Academy website for Alicante camps, coaching activities, private coaching, group coaching, clinics and related academy services.
For travel packages, camps or trips arranged, sold, operated or administered by Padel Roaming Ltd, the Padel Roaming Terms and Conditions also apply. By making a booking or accepting these terms for a Padel Roaming package, you agree to the Padel Roaming Terms and Conditions at https://padelroaming.com/terms-and-conditions/
If there is any conflict between these website terms and the Padel Roaming Terms and Conditions for a Padel Roaming travel package, the Padel Roaming Terms and Conditions will take priority for the travel package elements.
2. Travel packages and Alicante camps
Alicante camps may include coaching, organised padel, accommodation, local support, social activity, transport information and other travel-related services. The exact inclusions are those stated on the relevant event page, booking form or booking confirmation.
Where a camp or trip is arranged by Padel Roaming Ltd as a package travel organiser, Padel Roaming Ltd is responsible for the package elements as set out in its own Terms and Conditions. Pitu Losada Academy provides academy, coaching, court, hosting or local support services as applicable to the relevant event.
Flights, travel insurance, personal spending, equipment, meals, airport transfers and other items are not included unless clearly stated.
3. Academy coaching bookings
Private coaching, group coaching, clinics and other academy-only sessions are separate from travel package bookings unless they are expressly included in a package confirmation.
Coaching bookings are subject to availability of coaches, courts and facilities. A booking is only confirmed when the Academy or its authorised booking partner confirms it in writing and any required payment has been received.
4. Coaching cancellations and refunds
Players who reserve private or group coaching classes at the Academy agree that classes cannot be refunded once reserved if cancelled less than 30 days before the class date.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the class date may be refunded, credited or rescheduled at the Academy’s discretion, subject to availability and any costs already incurred.
No refund or credit will normally be provided for non-attendance, late arrival, unused time, or a decision by the player not to participate after the class has started.
If the Academy has to cancel a class because a court or coach is unavailable, or because conditions are unsafe, the Academy will normally offer a rescheduled class, credit or refund for the affected class.
5. Health, fitness and risk
Padel is an active sport involving movement, twisting, running, jumping, sudden changes of direction, use of a racket and physical contact with the court surface, glass, fencing, ball or other players.
By participating, players confirm that they have a suitable level of health and fitness for the activity and that they participate at their own risk. Players are responsible for deciding whether they are fit to take part and should seek medical advice before participating if they have any doubt.
Players must inform the coach or Academy before the class of any injury, illness, medical condition, pregnancy, disability, medication or other circumstance that may affect safe participation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.
6. Player conduct and safety instructions
Players must follow all reasonable safety instructions given by coaches, staff, venue personnel and event organisers.
The Academy may refuse participation or remove a player from a class, camp or activity without refund where the player behaves dangerously, abusively, disruptively, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in a way that may harm other participants, staff, coaches, facilities or the reputation of the Academy.
7. Coach, court, timing and programme changes
The Academy may change the coach, court, time, group composition, training format or order of activities where reasonably necessary, including because of coach illness, court availability, weather, group level mix, safety, maintenance or operational reasons.
Such changes will not normally entitle the player to a refund where a reasonably equivalent coaching session or activity is provided.
8. Weather and facility conditions
Outdoor sport may be affected by weather. Courts may also become unavailable because of maintenance, venue operations, safety concerns or local conditions.
Where the Academy decides that play is unsafe or not reasonably possible, it may adapt, delay, move, shorten or reschedule the activity. The Academy will act reasonably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted court time in all circumstances.
9. Equipment and clothing
Players are responsible for wearing appropriate sports clothing and non-marking padel or tennis shoes. The Academy may refuse participation if footwear or equipment is unsafe or unsuitable for the court surface.
Players are responsible for their own rackets, equipment and personal belongings unless hire or loan equipment is expressly provided.
10. Minors
Players under 18 may only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Academy may require a responsible adult to remain on site or be contactable during the activity.
The parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on behalf of the minor and is responsible for providing accurate health, emergency contact and collection information.
11. Photos, video and marketing
The Academy may take photos or short videos during camps, classes or events for coaching, group memory or promotional purposes. Where required by law, consent will be requested before using identifiable images for marketing.
Players who do not want to appear in photos or videos should inform the Academy before the activity begins.
12. Personal data
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable EU data protection law, Spanish data protection law and the relevant privacy notices.
For Padel Roaming package travel bookings, booking details may be shared with Padel Roaming Ltd for the purposes of booking administration, package travel management, customer support, supplier coordination, financial protection, legal compliance and related services. Padel Roaming Ltd may process some data as an independent controller and some data as a processor, depending on the purpose of the processing.
For academy-only coaching bookings, Pitu Losada Academy is normally responsible for the data it collects and uses for the coaching relationship, unless another role is stated in the applicable privacy notice or booking process.
13. Complaints
Any issue with a class, camp or activity should be reported as soon as possible to the coach, Academy team or event contact so that there is an opportunity to resolve it during the activity.
For Padel Roaming package bookings, customers should also follow the complaints procedure in the Padel Roaming Terms and Conditions.
14. Governing law
These website terms are intended to operate alongside mandatory consumer protection rights. Nothing in these terms affects any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For academy-only coaching services provided in Spain, these terms are subject to Spanish law unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. For Padel Roaming package travel bookings, the governing law and jurisdiction provisions in the Padel Roaming Terms and Conditions apply to those package elements.
