A Legend of Padel
Pitu Losada is one of the most successful players in in the history of padel, a member of the Spanish national team for 10 years, competing in every World Championship from 2002 to 2010.
As a player, his most successful period extended over that decade, winning more than 250 tournaments.
Pitu became number 1 in the FIP international ranking for 3 consecutive years and number 1 in the Spanish ranking for 4 years.
His most successful partnership was with Juani Mieres. Almost 6 seasons together from 2003 to 2008, this partnership made them one of the historic couples in padel. In 2008 they managed to have a season that was close to perfection, losing only two matches in the whole year.
Also noteworthy is the 2009/10 season that he shared as a teammate with Paquito Navarro.
In 2015 he retired from tournament play, and it was time to put all his energy into his own academy, located in the city of Alicante. Pitu has dedicated himself to building his academy and growing padel from junior through to elite level players.
With a career on the court that only a few can match he has also coached some of the best players in the world including current top 20 players of Premier Padel Edu Alonso and Alex Arroyo.
His contributions as a commentator of the matches broadcast by the World Padel Tour professional circuit are also noteworthy.
Pitu has developed his own unique methodology based on more than 30 years in padel and has built a strong coaching team educated in his proven methods.

Pitu transmits values as a person such as sacrifice, effort, companionship and love for sport.
Pitu taught me to be more professional and to fight for my goals with everything within our reach. He had an extraordinary vision of the game and what surprised me most about him was his desire to improve. After a tournament, he was the first to go to the court the next day and start working on what he saw as necessary for the couple.
Now that I am a father, I would definitely take my son to learn with Pitu Losada. I know he would be in good hands.
